Our Design Path
Discovery Phone Call
The purpose of the discovery phone call is to provide us with a general understanding of your project, and to discuss the overall goals you have in mind.
Design Consultation
Meeting with clients at their location, allows us to get to know you and your project intentions, investment range, and timeline. At this appointment, we will take photos, gather preliminary measurements, and talk with you about your desires for the space so that we can provide you with a comprehensive design proposal and contract. This is a time for you to ask questions of us as well. We want you to feel comfortable and know that we have your best interest in mind while creating a design concept that fits your family, budget, and lifestyle.
Design Concept Development
After the initial consultation, we will draw up a written letter of agreement which outlines the nature of the project as well as a planned timeline. It is important to note that timelines may change based on material availability, city permitting, and/or changes in the scope of work as we progress. Upon your approval/acceptance (signature and retainer fee), we will then begin the design development phase of the project.
Client Design Review
Once a design concept is completed, you will be presented with space plans and materials suggested for your review and approval. At this time, you may choose to take the design concepts and implement them at your own pace as well as handle your own purchasing and job supervision. Or, if you desire, you may hire our team to provide our full-service experience for your project.
Full-Service
If you choose our full-service experience, we will take care of your entire project from start to finish. The full-service package includes the designs, applicable sketches, providing specifications for all trades, purchasing, installation, and project management while the work is in progress.
The Reveal
The most crucial part of the process is the delivery and installation of your fabulous choices! This is also the most fun as we get to share with you the moment you walk into your newly renovated space! Our favorite day by far!
